Karen Koziorzebska Watson, M.S., CCC-SLP is a New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and certified Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD). She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from CUNY Brooklyn College, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from New York University.

Karen has 15 years of experience in identifying and assisting a diverse population of children with speech-language concerns, many of which are concomitant with primary developmental diagnoses. She has been directly providing speech-language evaluations and therapy for 13 years with children experiencing challenges with articulation, stuttering, expressive and receptive language, social skills, as well as, late talkers. She believes in the importance of utilizing naturalistic language during meaningful moments for the individual child through play therapy. She also values interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as providing parental support and education.

Karen is certified in the Lidcombe Program and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)- Level 1. She is also fluent in Polish.

In her free time, Karen enjoys running, exploring, and spending time with her awesome nieces.
